SMM panel with fast delivery vs stable delivery Which one would you prefer?

Some services deliver very quickly but the numbers can drop later. Other services take longer but seem to stay more stable. For regular clients I think stability is more important than getting the order completed a few hours earlier. What do you prefer and why?
