These Terms of Service govern your use of RankPanels, its community features, panel listings, and related services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or submitting any content.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RankPanels ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, panel owners, and others who access the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that all registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. RankPanels reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. RankPanels will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account. Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions is prohibited.
4. Panel Owners
Panel owners who list their services on RankPanels agree to: (a) provide accurate and truthful information about their panel; (b) not engage in fake review generation; (c) respond to user complaints in good faith; (d) comply with all applicable laws regarding their services. RankPanels reserves the right to remove, suspend, or delist any panel at its sole discretion. Panel owners acknowledge that community members may post honest reviews, and RankPanels will not remove legitimate negative reviews at the request of panel owners.
5. Reviews & Community Content
Users may post reviews, ratings, and community discussions. By submitting content, you grant RankPanels a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content on the Platform. You represent that your reviews reflect your genuine experience and are not defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading. RankPanels reserves the right to moderate, remove, or flag content that violates these terms. Panel owners may flag reviews for verification; flagged reviews are not automatically removed but are subject to review by our trust & safety team.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) post fake, paid, or incentivised reviews; (b) harass, threaten, or abuse other users; (c) attempt to manipulate rankings or ratings; (d) scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without permission; (e) impersonate another person or entity; (f) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (g) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RankPanels and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. User-submitted content remains the property of the submitting user, subject to the licence granted in Section 5.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. RankPanels does not endorse any SMM panel listed on the Platform. Rankings and ratings are community-generated and do not constitute our recommendation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankPanels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
