What is one thing you would change about most SMM panels?

I've seen a lot of panels with good services but the website itself is difficult to use. Sometimes finding the right service takes more time than placing the actual order. For me, a clean dashboard, proper service descriptions and fast support make a big difference. What is the biggest problem you have faced while using SMM panels?
