Which is better for resellers: low price or better service quality?

When choosing an SMM panel I always see people comparing prices first. But sometimes the cheapest service has more drops or slower delivery. A slightly higher price can be better if the service stays stable and the refill works properly. What would you choose for your reselling business? Low price with higher risk or a little higher price with better quality?
