Which matters more when comparing SMM panels: price or support?

Two panels can have almost the same service and price but very different support. One may reply quickly when there is an issue while another can take hours or even a day. If you had to choose between a cheaper panel with slow support and a slightly more expensive panel with fast support, which one would you use?
